سَو بار ہوئی حضرتِ انساں کی قبا چاک
تاریخِ اُمَم کا یہ پیامِ اَزلی ہے
’صاحب نظَراں! نشّۂ قُوّت ہے خطرناک،
اس سیلِ سبک سیر و زمیںگیر کے آگےarooz could not scan this line
عقل و نظَر و عِلم و ہُنر ہیں خس و خاشاک
لا دیں ہو تو ہے زہرِ ہلاہلِ سے بھی بڑھ کرarooz could not scan this line
ہو دِیں کی حفاظت میں تو ہر زہر کا تِریاک
