دین وسیاست
کلیِسا کی بُنیاد رُہبانیت تھی
سماتی کہاں اس فقیری میں مِیری
خصومت تھی سُلطانی و راہبی میںarooz could not scan this line

سیاست نے مذہب سے پِیچھا چھُٹرایاarooz could not scan this line
چلی کچھ نہ پِیرِ کلیسا کی پیری

یہ اعجاز ہے ایک صحرا نشیں کا
